Experiencia Offers Three Basic
Programs
You can choose any length of study and we
will incorporate the appropriate program |
A basic language course, from 1 to 16
weeks.
A four week course, in which the vocabulary is especially
suited to those students interested in travelling afterwards.
A combined course for advanced students, including
language, history and culture, with appropriate vocabulary. This is designed
for 16 weeks.

The Spanish Immersion Courses

All levels of Spanish instruction begin each Monday
throughout the year

Your skill level will be determined in a personal interview
upon arrival

Each Spanish course is attended by no more than 5 students
per group, avg: 4

You will receive homework on the average of ½
to 1 hour daily

A change of groups is possible, according to your

A certificate will be awarded at the end of every study
period documenting the activities and hours of your studies

Children 6-11 years old are $125 per week regardless
of the number weeks of study during the summer season. The cost is $150 per
week for any other time of the year. Contact us regarding childcare by Spanish
speaking staff on campus.

Individual classes may be arranged for partial days
as well, such as group grammar class in the morning and individual conversation
class in the afternoon. Please contact EXPERIENCIA for pricing on special
request programs. Special private/ group
combination classes are available.
Ex: Private class 9-12 and conversation class in group until 2pm: 1-3 weeks
@ $304/week.
All course options include our 10 hour/wk evening cultural / learning integration
program.
Executive and Executive Plus Programs add 5 or 10 hours a week of private
instruction to the program, respectively, for an additional fee. Please inquire
with AVENTURAS.

The individual class rate is $20 per hour for less
than the weekly 25 hours rate.

Childcare arrangements can also be arranged for those
under 6 either on campus or at en educational C.E.N.D.I. program 1
block from the school.
Payment for the period will be required no later than
your first day of classes in order to receive the reduced weekly rate.
If payment is made weekly, the per week cost is US$190.
A $100 per person deposit is due at the time of
registration to reserve your place. Children's registration for those under
12 years of age is $50. This will be applied toward payment of the nonrefundable
lifetime registration fee charged by the school. On future study periods
to the school, this payment will not be necessary. There is no registration
fee for daycare registration.
Ask about our refund policy on unused weeks of tuition
and accommodations.

EXPERIENCIA is closed on the following national holidays.
If a school day coincides with a national holiday, no refunds will be given.

Special Programs
A special program can be offered to those with a specific
learning objective, e.g. for business executives, teachers and educators
, social workers, mental health workers, flight attendants, medical staff
or technicians, etc. An extra fee may be required.
We can arrange volunteer internship experiences working
in a hospital, family clinic or children's clinic. There is no charge
to arrange a volunteer placement.
We will arrange group studies for your group and offer
incentives to those bringing a group with them.

Our Spanish Courses

Bilingual Exchange Program with Mexican
Students
Experiencia is also a school that offers foreign language
classes for Mexican students. The establishment of "intercambios" many
years ago, has made the school well known in Cuernavaca because apart from
practicing languages, it actively contributes to a better intercultural
understanding and friendship between foreign and Mexican students. All students
may participate in the bilingual exchange.
Various topics of interest are discussed in small
groups or the students simply decide what to talk about, one hour in Spanish
and another in English, German, Italian or French.
Film and Video Evening
Documentary and feature films about history, culture,
politics and life in Mexico, as well as Latin America and other continents.
All students may participate.
